Nothing against the wider ones. As i mentioned in my intro thread in the other section, i'll be ditching the 22 rims and moving to some 18 rebel rims. You are correct, the 285/65/18 is approximately 1/2 shorter (32.6) than the 275/70/18 (33.14), but the 275 is also approx 1/2 narrower . You are right at dtd it is opposite but much more expensive for the 275.
